Manufactured from steel with an insulated panel, sectional doors are produced in hinged panels. They run on overhead tracks & give the benefit of temperature control & a complete seal all around the door panel once closed. Ideal for many environments especially food production units, & areas where people may be working for long periods of time. Available as manually or electrically operated.
Made from galvanised steel lath & available in a wide range of colours either in plastisol or powder coat, rolling doors offer enormous flexibility as each door is custom made to the exact opening dimensions. Using a barrel to coil up the curtain compactly at the head of the door removes the necessity for overhead tracks, especially useful where the building has a high ceiling. Available in a wide range of options from manually operated or remote controlled. Wicket gates can also be built into the door to enable pedestrian access while the door is closed. Rolling doors can also be supplied insulated for instances where space is a premium.
Personnel doors either single or double opening are available in prima or fully finished to your particular colour specification. Panic hardware, glazed panels, solid or glazed over & side panels, louvers & keypad access systems are offered as optional extras.
Especially suitable for high traffic areas, the door curtain will open extremely quickly allowing pedestrian or vehicular access. Many options offer self correcting curtains & complete seals which can be a requirement where temperature controlled and vermin proof environments are a necessity.
We offer our clients a full maintenance service, enabling you to know that your industrial doors will be regularly inspected so they are kept in full working order. Also, any underlying faults will be picked up before they worsen & incur additional repair cost or cause an unexpected failure.
Servicing is carried out at regular intervals, providing you with a full written report on your industrial doors, including any recommendation for additional required works or modification. Clients who have a service contract in place with us also benefit from priority attendance on any emergency call outs they may have & a 24 hrs call out service should they require it.
